A Coastal Party Inspired Wedding at Lake Pearl

This Wedding at Lake Pearl was the perfect mix of coastal elegance and an incredible party. With blue and white details, waterfront views, and a packed dance floor, the entire day felt like a Cape Cod-inspired celebration right in Wrentham, Massachusetts.

A Beachfront Ceremony at Lake Pearl

The couple started their day with a first look at the Boathouse. This is always one of my favorite locations for photos at Lake Pearl. The beautiful arches and architecture create an elegant backdrop while still keeping the lakefront feel.

Afterward, we photographed the wedding party with the lake behind them. The blue water paired perfectly with the coastal color palette.

The ceremony took place right on the beach. Guests then headed to the Boathouse for cocktail hour before moving into the Belvedere for the reception.

Coastal Blue Wedding Details

Judy’s Village Flowers created gorgeous arrangements featuring blue hydrangeas with blush and ivory roses. Meanwhile, Stone & Ivy Salon gave the ladies soft, natural hair and makeup that felt perfect for a waterfront wedding.

Inside the Belvedere, blue floral linens brought the entire design together. Signature drinks included a Cosmopolitan for her and a Jack and Coke for him. Instead of a traditional guest book, guests signed a shot board. Custom temporary tattoos also became a hilarious favorite throughout the night.

Drone, Film and a Packed Dance Floor

This Wedding at Lake Pearl was also the first wedding where I incorporated drone photography. We captured the ceremony, wedding party, newlyweds, and Lake Pearl itself from above. I also photographed portions of the day on 35mm and Polaroid film for an extra nostalgic feel.

The couple wanted their reception to feel like a huge party—just one notch below a rave. DJ Charles from C-Zone Entertainment absolutely delivered. We briefly escaped for sunset portraits before they headed straight back to the dance floor, where ABBA kept the party going.
