After having my second child, I settled down in a little town on the South Shore called Middleboro. While there I started my photography business, made many new friends and grew my network expansively. That is how Ethan & Jen found me. Referred by a friend of one of my in-laws, the couple were having a hometown wedding, all in Middleboro.
The bride got ready at my cousin’s salon, Salon Amour on Central Street. With Chyane taking care of hair and Shania on makeup, Jen was sure to be a stunning bride at her Boston Tavern wedding!
Once Jen was all dolled up, I travelled just down the road to Boston Tavern. While I had eaten there numerous times, I had never attended a wedding at the restaurant. This was the first time I got to see that gazebo up close, not just from the front parking lot! All around the gazebo was beautifully landscaped. It was perfect for a summer wedding.
With their children in the wedding party, Jen and Ethan exchanged vows in front of their family and friends. The ceremony was short and sweet and absolutely perfect!
Peach and teal accents dripped through the banquet hall. Simple centerpieces of shells, starfish, and sand dollars decorated the tables. Teal guest cards, runners, and cake details pulled everything together. This laid back couple truly took time to enjoy their day. They were so calm and SO happy!
