RI Nautical Themed Wedding
I had such a blast capturing this RI nautical themed wedding! I first met Kaitlyn and Stephen at their engagement session at Point Judith Lighthouse. The RI beaches are some of their favorites and they spend a lot of time with friends and family in Narragansett. Stephen proposed at the Pt. Judith Lighthouse as well, so their engagement session had special meaning to them.
Spring can be chilly in Rhode Island…
Much like the chilly day they endured for their engagement photos, their Spring wedding day was a bit brisk. The couple and their wedding party were total troopers and got through the formal photos like CHAMPS! I always stress how important it is for me that not only are the couple happy, but their friends and family are too!
Classic Church Wedding
So many of my couples go with a classic church wedding. There is something SO special about photographing a couple in the church that they grew up in. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE a good outdoor ceremony, but when the church has family ties, it’s really special.
