Rye Tavern in Plymouth, MA is a quaint and historic restaurant providing a farm-to-table experience. I can honestly say it may be the best vendor meal I have ever had. I loved everything about this venue and how absolutely perfect it was for my couple, Kelly and Brad.
From the bride:
Brad and I met while we were both in graduate school in Cincinnati, OH. Brad was born and raised in Ohio, while I was born in San Antonio, TX and lived in a variety of places since. Being a newcomer to Cincinnati, Brad gave me a tour of downtown Cincinnati for our first date, and our love story continued to blossom from that first meeting.
After grad school, Brad and I moved to Boston, MA. My parents live in Plymouth, MA and I have a lot of family around there. We frequently visit the South Shore and it is a quaint oasis and comfort place for us. Over Thanksgiving, Bradley’s family came to visit. We all went to Plymouth, MA. As we were touring his family, he pulled me aside to get an aerial picture up on a hill. At the top of the hill was our picnic basket, some roses, and a bottle of champagne. Brad, then got down on one knee and I joyfully said yes. Brad then, called over the hill to our parents saying, “She said yes!!” They joined us and we all enjoyed the moment and then went to dinner to finish the night.
Kelly and Brad had an intimate wedding focusing on the purpose of the day, celebrating their love with their friends and family. They took time to really personalize and have fun with the ceremony and celebration. The theme was a whimsical garden with shades of pink, oranges, and yellows. Overall design the design was playful, colorful, and joyous.
We are very excited that your style of photography is a mixture of candid photojournalism mixed with classic portraiture to capture us, who we are as a couple, the little moments between ourselves and with our family and friends, and the overall experience. We’d love to look back on our photos and see our love and feel as if we are experiencing the day all over again.
