I always love a summery Crystal Lake Golf Club wedding! Kelley and Matt’s big day did not disappoint. Full of wildflowers, a boat ride, and delicious food, their wedding was ah-mazing!
The best part of a Crystal Lake Golf Club wedding is the coordinator, Tracy. She is THE BEST! From the time that I arrive through dinner, Tracy is always right there making sure everything goes smoothly. It is wonderful to have a staff coordinator that shows she cares so deeply for her vendors and couples.
Kelley and Matt’s wedding ceremony was at Crystal Lake’s gazebo overlooking the lake. The groomsmen took the pontoon boat over to the ceremony. How great is that?! Kelley wanted a woodsy feel to her wedding day and the ceremony space is exactly that! While there are many waterfront wedding venues in Rhode Island, Crystal Lake’s is unique because it is tucked into the forest of Burrilville.
My advice for every couple on their wedding day is to “feel all the feels”. Don’t worry about me and the camera. Don’t force yourself to smile. Just go with the flow, take in every moment, and feel every second of this amazing day. The best part of my job is going back through the photos and really feeling the day all over again. It reassures me that when my couple sees their gallery, they will be brought right back to that special moment.
My absolute favorite part of every wedding day is the night shot. Now, Kelley and Matt’s was extra special. On our way out, Kelley got to show off her whiffle ball skills, hitting one out of the lot! It was such an amazing moment to capture! It was so fun to see a bride really enjoy her wedding day! We still got that classic night photo, but the whiffle ball swing was just AMAZING!
